At School of Judeo-Christian Education (BHI), our mission is to provide a holistic education rooted in Judeo-Christian values. We strive to nurture the spiritual, intellectual, and emotional growth of each student, creating a strong foundation for their future.
Curriculum
LVL A
Foundations of Biblical Hebrew
Build a working vocabulary, read the alphabet with confidence, and begin to recognize the grammar of the text.
- Theology Behind Hebrew!
- Learn the Aleph-Bet Consonants
- Vowels (Nikkud)/Syllables
- Verb/Noun Structure
- Reading practice
Level B: Intermediate Biblical Hebrew
- Verbal Conjugations & Grammar: variations to unlock deeper narrative nuances in the text.
- Pronouns, Prefixes & Suffixes: Learn how structural prefixes and possessive suffixes alter meaning, clarify tone, and streamline sentence flow.
- Exegetical Biblical Practice: Transition from isolated sentences to reading, translating, and analyzing actual passages from the Hebrew Bible and the New Covenant.
LVL C: Advanced Biblical Hebrew:
Word & Sentence Structure, and Sacred Texts.
Engage in study and translation of primary Hebrew texts, from the Torah to the Prophetic and Wisdom literature.
LVL D
- The Feasts of the Lord (Moedim): Explore the Biblical Feasts through their prophetic timeline—examining their historical origins, spiritual significance, and future messianic fulfillment.
- Sacred Studies (The Siddur): Journey through traditional Jewish prayer, studying the Biblical Hebrew, theology, and historical development behind the ancient liturgy.
